Robert M. Landman, Kansas City, Mo.

Mr. Landman died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005, at his home of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.

He was born March 6, 1947, in Hutchinson, Kan., the son of Lee G. and Dorothy Masterson Landman. He graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1965 and Wooster College in Ohio in 1969. He also graduated from Kansas University School of Law in 1973.

Mr. Landman worked for the Legal Aid Society and recently at Spencer, Fane, Britt and Browne, LLP. He volunteered for VISTA in California and served as past chairman of KCMBA Real Estate Committee. He was a past vice president of Rockhill Tennis Club, and a past board member of Unicorn Theater.

He married Faye Pincus. She survives, of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Molly Landman, New York, and Kyle Landman, Kansas City, Mo.; his mother, Hutchinson; a brother, Bill, Wichita, Kan.; and two sisters, Mary Lou Yost, Arlington, Texas, and Susan Harwood, Lawrence.
