Anti-abortion House members failed to override Gov. Kathleen Sebelius’ veto of a bill imposing additional regulations on abortion clinics.

  • Senators restored to the budget Gov. Kathleen Sebelius’ proposed 2.5 percent pay raise for state employees and approved a $9,000 increase in all judges’ salaries.
