Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures jumped higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Corn futures also increased, while wheat edged lower. Wheat for July delivery fell 1/2 cent to $3.78 a bushel; July corn rose 7 3/4 cents to $3.03 3/4 a bushel; July oats rose 3 cents to $1.52 3/4 a bushel, and July soybeans rose 16 1/4 cents to $8.82 1/4 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures declined on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. June live cattle fell 1.30 cent to 82.32 cents a pound; August feeder cattle fell 1.32 cent to $1.0435 a pound; June lean hogs fell .83 cent to 74.92 cents a pound.
