Laurie Ellen Krogh

Reno, Nev. ? Private services for Laurie Ellen Krogh, 51, Reno, will be later. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence, Kan.

Ms. Krogh died Monday, May 17, 2004, in Reno.

She was born July 12, 1952, in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Harold Christian Krogh and Bessie Alberta Cummins. She grew up and attended schools in Lawrence and graduated from Kansas University, where she received a master’s degree in public administration. She received a master’s degree in education from Stanford University and also attended Oxford University.

Ms. Krogh was a teacher at Mercy High School in San Francisco for 20 years. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Survivors include a sister, Linda Marie Krogh, Reno.

The family suggests memorials to the Lawrence Humane Society.
