Robert Dallas Hoff

Baldwin ? Services for Robert Dallas Hoff, 75, Ottawa, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Annunciation Catholic Church in Baldwin. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Baldwin.

Mr. Hoff died Monday, March 1, 2004, at a Topeka Hospice center.

He was born June 27, 1928, in Geneva, the son of Harry and Ruth (Wonnell) Hoff. He attended to school in Grinnell and graduated from Grinnell High School before attending Fort Hays State University.

Mr. Hoff was an independent insurance salesman for 43 years before he retired. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He married Ruth Krannawitter on Nov. 18, 1950, in Hoxie. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include five daughters, Sally Brackney, Hammonton, N.J., Kathleen Harvey, Lawrence, Roberta Lamoreux, Baldwin, Beverly Shawn, Americus, and Cynthia Taylor, Topeka; two sons, Patrick, Prairie Village, and Roger, Scranton; a brother, Patrick; a sister, Norma Plummer; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A son, Andrew, died earlier.

Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home in Baldwin.
