Janet E. Faddis
Mass of Christian Burial for Janet E. Faddis, 55, Lawrence, will be at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Olathe. She will be cremated following the services
Ms. Faddis died Sunday, June 27, 2004, at her home.
She was born May 11, 1949, in Maryville, Mo., the daughter of Robert L. and Mildred I. Farnan Faddis.
She graduated from Bishop Hogan High School in 1967 and from St. Mary College in Leavenworth in 1971. She was a teacher and principal at Xavier Catholic Schools in Leavenworth for 22 years, then was principal the past nine years at St. Paul’s Catholic School in Olathe. She was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Olathe.
Survivors include her companion, Gina Grigaitis, of the home; and a brother, Keith Faddis, Overland Park.
The family will greet friends from noon to 3 p.m. Thursday at the church. A rosary will be said at 3 p.m.
The family suggests memorials to St. Paul’s Catholic School, sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home.
