Horne services

Ottawa ? Graveside services for Joshua Alan Horne, 20, Branson, Mo., will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Highland Cemetery in Ottawa.

Mr. Horne died Sunday, June 13, 2004, in Branson.

He was born June 17, 1983, in Ottawa, the son of Dan Gene and Carolyn Sue Kissinger Horne. He grew up in Franklin County and attended Appanoose Grade School and Pomona High School.

Mr. Horne was a member of the Fifteenth Street Church of Christ in Ottawa and a former member of the Town and Country 4-H Club. He once ran from the Nebraska/Kansas border to the Oklahoma/ Kansas border. He and his brothers built cars to enter into demolition derbies.

Survivors include his parents, Branson; a daughter, Teariny Horne, Ottawa; two brothers, Tony, Michigan Valley, and Jonnie, Wellsville; two sisters, his twin, Jodi Bergkamp, Norfolk, Va., and Sara Horne, Branson; and four grandparents, Norman and Evelyn Horne and Fred and Eleanor Kissinger, all of Ottawa.

Friends may call after 11 a.m. today at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home in Ottawa, where family will receive them from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. today.
