Mary Kathleen ‘Kathy’ Bradshaw
ODESSA, MO. ? Services for Mary Kathleen “Kathy” Bradshaw, 47, Odessa, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. George’s Catholic Church in Odessa. Cremation is planned.
Mrs. Bradshaw died Saturday, June 12, 2004, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Blue Springs.
She was born Feb. 26, 1957, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Donald Lawrence and Patricia Elaine Duffin McBride.
She attended Ruskin High School in Kansas City, Mo., then moved to Lawrence, Kan., where she graduated from Lawrence High School in 1975.
Mrs. Bradshaw had lived in Odessa for 17 years, after moving from Blue Springs. She was a Farmers Insurance agent. She also had worked with American Family Insurance Agency, Odessa, and for Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Assn. of Grain Valley.
She was a member of St. George’s Catholic Church in Odessa.
She married Rodney Allen Bradshaw on June 28, 1979, in Kansas City, Kan. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include her father, Lawrence; two daughters, Jessica Bray, Grain Valley, and Stephanie Bradshaw, Bates City; a son, Tyler, of the home; three brothers, Micheal McBride, Tyler, Texas, and Timothy McBride and Dennis McBride, both of Lawrence; a sister, Karen Lata, Ozawkie, Kan., and two grandsons.
The family suggests memorials to the Kathy Bradshaw Memorial Fund, sent in care of Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. Second St., Odessa, Mo. 64076-1404.
