INDEPENDENCE, MO. ? Seabury Academy narrowly dropped a high school girls basketball game to Englewood Christian, 23-22, Tuesday night.

Seabury was led by Lindsey Ahlen with 10 points and seven rebounds, followed by Linaya Newstrom’s six points, Laura Frizell with four points and five rebounds and Laura Hoffmann’s two points and four rebounds.

Seabury (0-6) will play host to Kansas City Barstow at 6 p.m. Friday.
