Marcella Weber

ELLIS ? Services for Marcella Weber, 89, Ellis, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Ellis. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Church Cemetery, Ellis.

Mrs. Weber died Sunday, Jan. 11, 2004, at her home.

She was born March 24, 1914, in Munjor, the daughter of Joseph and Catherine (Hertel) Eberle.

Mrs. Weber was a homemaker and member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

She married John Weber Jr. on Sept. 26, 1944, in Ellis. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include two sons, Les Weber, Ellis, and Verlin Weber, Lawrence; two daughters, Phyllis Rupp, Ellis, and Becky Sook, Hays; a sister, Marine Leiker, Hays; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

A great-grandson died earlier.

Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the church, where a rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
