4-H and FCE news

The Four Leaf Clover 4-H Club met Feb. 9 in Building 1 at the Douglas County 4-H Fairgrounds. Garret Jones and Addison Jones gave a parliamentarian presentation about motions. Several club members participated in County Club Days. Members enrolled in the arts and crafts project gave a talk about the evolution of art. After the meeting, each member made valentines for soldiers. Anne Dinsdale was recognized because her photo was published on the cover of the Kansas 4-H Journal. The next meeting will be at 7 p.m. April 12.

  • Stull FCE will meet at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the home of Catherine Nichols. Debbie Guy will be co-hostess. The lesson will be about agricultural-based products for the house.
