Cub Scouts from Pack 3370, chartered to the Deerfield School PTA, participated in ringing bells for the Salvation Army and singing Christmas carols at the Dillons store at Sixth Street and Lawrence Avenue for three hours on Dec. 11.

Scouts from each of the four dens took a 45-minute shift and braved the cold weather to raise money for the Salvation Army.
