Most of Free State Jamboree rescheduled
The majority of the activities planned today for the Free State High School Jamboree — except for volleyball — have been postponed until Thursday, because of today’s wet weather, according to a school district official.
The Jamboree, which features the boys’ and girls’ sports teams and cheerleaders at Free State, will be postponed until 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Free State, said Julie Boyle, the district’s communications director.
Earlier storyThe volleyball scrimmage will be held as scheduled, at 7 p.m. at the school, Boyle said.
