Grain and soybean futures advanced Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for September rose 6 cents to $3.08 3/4 a bushel; September corn rose 6 1/4 cents to $2.28 1/2 a bushel; September oats rose 2 3/4 cents to $1.31 1/2 a bushel; September soybeans rose 16 1/4 cents to $5.91 3/4 a bushel.
Beef and pork futures finished mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
October live cattle fell .33 cent to 89.02 cents a pound; September feeder cattle rose .37 cent to $1.1572 a pound; October lean hogs fell 1.12 cent to 65.20 cents a pound; February pork bellies rose 1.20 cent to 94.35 cents a pound.
