Kansas golf tied for seventh place
Norman, Okla. ? Kansas University’s women’s golf team was tied for seventh of 15 teams Monday after two rounds of the Maxwell Berning Classic.
Oklahoma leads the tournament with a two-round score of 602.
KU totaled 623 strokes.
KU’s Amanda Costner is in seventh place after firing rounds of 75-75–150.
“Amanda (Costner) put in two solid rounds today,” KU coach Megan Menzel said. “The course is playing difficult, and I think we handled the first round well.”
