Myron Otis Ford

Tonganoxie ? Graveside services for Myron Otis Ford, 89, Tonganoxie, will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hubbel Hill Cemetery in Tonganoxie.

Mr. Ford died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2003, at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan.

He was born Dec. 21, 1913, in Uniontown, the son of William H. and Ida (Ritter) Ford. He was a former McLouth resident.

Mr. Ford was a carpenter and farmer. He was a member of Carpenters Union No. 499 in Kansas City, Kan.

He married Florence A. Brainerd on Sept. 6, 1930, in Lamar, Mo. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Cathy Bowen, Tonganoxie, and Carol Rasdall, Kansas City, Kan.; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

A daughter, Corinne Holmes, died in 1980.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Quisenberry Funeral Home in Tonganoxie.
