The following events and construction projects may affect commuter traffic in the region this week:

Interstate 70 from the Shawnee/Wabaunsee county line to Valencia Road interchange, traffic restricted and eastbound exit 347 ramp closed for road reconstruction.

I-70 from the Polk/Quincy viaduct to Rice Road, reduced to one lane in each direction during nonrush hours for sealing, patching and striping.

I-70 at Interstate 635, traffic placed on existing westbound lanes for road reconstruction. I-635 between Metropolitan Avenue and Parallel Parkway, traffic placed on existing southbound lanes for road reconstruction. Several associated ramps closed.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Oakland Raiders, 3:10 p.m. today, Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City, Mo.

Sixth Street at Comet Lane, westbound traffic reduced to one lane for intersection improvements.

Sixth Street and Kasold Drive intersection, reduced to one lane each direction for improvements.

Sixth Street at Lawrence Avenue, westbound traffic reduced to one lane for intersection improvements.

Moundview Drive from Century Drive to Rockledge Road, occasional lane closures for line installation.

Crossgate Drive north of Clinton Parkway, closed to through traffic while a retaining wall is rebuilt. Detour onto Greenbriar Drive posted.

15th Street at Kasold Drive, westbound traffic reduced to one lane for concrete repairs.

Iowa Street from 15th to 19th streets, southbound traffic reduced to one lane during the workday for curb replacement.

Kansas University men’s basketball vs. Michigan State, 8 p.m. Tuesday, Allen Fieldhouse, KU campus.

Alabama Street to Haskell Avenue between 19th and 21st streets, occasional traffic interruptions for line cleaning and repair.

11th Street from Haskell Avenue to the railroad tracks, closed for road improvements.
