Buck-Bardeen

Regan Buck, Lawrence, and James Bardeen, Pittsburg, were married June 29, 2002, at Potter Lake Dance Pavilion on Kansas University’s campus with the Revs. William Vogler and Robert Bardeen officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Charles and Karen Buck, Lawrence.

The groom is the son of Robert and Joyce Bardeen, Pittsburg.

Maid of honor was Ashlyn Buck. Best man was Eric Day. Bridesmaids were Rebecca Blue and Liesel Keel. Groomsmen were Caleb Hensley and Luke Bauer.

Sarah Gabrielson and Rachel Flannery were vocalists. Paul May was guitarist. Tanya ValVerde and Condor Chou were scripture readers. Chad Buck, Jeremy Gabrielson and Chris Flannery were ushers. The Kansas Brass Ensemble provided music.

A reception was at Liberty Hall in Lawrence.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Lawrence High School. She attended Macalester College and plans to graduate in May from Kansas University. The groom is a 1997 graduate of Pittsburg High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in 2001 from Kansas University. He is an electrical engineer with Burns and McDonnell in Kansas City.

The couple reside in Lawrence.
