Art will fill parade, park — weather permitting

Today’s forecast says it shouldn’t rain on the parade — the annual Art Tougeau parade, that is. The weather might not be as cooperative Sunday for Art in the Park; if the skies open up, the rain date is May 11. Here’s a look at what else is going on this weekend.
