Burglaries and thefts reported

  • A laptop computer disappeared sometime during the weekend from a car in the 200 block of Tumbleweed Drive. The computer belonged to a Minnesota company. A 46-year-old employee of the company reported the theft.
  • A 38-year-old Lawrence man reported his Ford Ranger was taken early Tuesday morning from his home in the 2400 block of Ousdahl Road. The truck was worth $7,000, he told police.
