Steven J. Mecaskey

Mr. Mecaskey died Friday, July 11, 2003, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Overland Park.

He was born Dec. 8, 1956, in Paola, the son of H. Neal and Francis (Workman) Mecaskey. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1984.

Mr. Mecaskey was employed by, and later part-owner, of Maupintour Travel, until he retired in 1995.

Survivors include an aunt, Eunice Roth, and several cousins, all of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.

The family suggests memorials to Southwest Blvd. Family Healthcare Services, 340 Southwest Blvd., Kansas City, Kan. 66103.
