Teen Advisory Board plans Jan. 27 meeting

If you’re interested in joining the Journal-World Teen Advisory Board, we meet again at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 27 at the News Center, 645 N.H. There are more than two dozen members now, and more are always welcome.

Board members are responsible students in fifth through 12th grades. There are opportunities to write stories, interview other students or just contribute ideas for the page.

We want to pick your brain

As the 18 & Under page evolves, we’re not just seeking new board members. We’d like your work and suggestions, too. Right now the Journal-World will accept poetry submission of less than 100 words. We’ll also consider publishing Web sites you like, polls you want taken or topics you think should be suggested. Contest ideas are welcome, too.
