Delbert D. ‘Red’ McClelland

Services for Delbert D. “Red” McClelland, 73, Leavenworth, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Davis Funeral Chapel in Leavenworth. Burial will follow in Armstrong Cemetery in Rushville, Mo.

Mr. McClelland died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2003, at Broadway Heights in Leavenworth.

He was born April 4, 1929, in Lawrence, the son of Melvin Lemoin and Hannah Pauline (Baker) McClelland.

Mr. McClelland served in the National Guard during the Korean War. He owned All Ways Truck Line and was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 55 and American Legion.

He married Phyllis L. Alexander on Jan. 31, 2000. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include three brothers, LeRoy and James, both of Lawrence, and Larry, Leavenworth.

Family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral chapel.
