Kenneth L. Robb

Topeka ? Services for Kenneth L. Robb, 55, Carbondale, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel in Topeka. Burial will be in Shawnee Center Cemetery, Topeka.

Mr. Robb died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2003, at KU Med.

He was born May 27, 1947, on a farm near Wakarusa, the son of Dwight D. and Jessie Robb.

Mr. Robb raised livestock in the Wakarusa and Carbondale areas. He worked at sale barns in Wakarusa, Overbrook, Lawrence and St. Marys and served in the U.S. Army Reserves in Osage City.

He married Nora E. Simon Dec. 24, 1973, in Clinton. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include a brother, Vernon, Wakarusa, and a sister, Bonnie Bond, Overbrook.

Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

The family suggests memorials to the Carbondale Fire Department, sent in care of the funeral home, 1321 S.W. 10th Ave., Topeka 66604.
