NORTONVILLE ? Services for Walter Kirk Robinson, 78, Nortonville, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at O’Trimble Funeral Home in Nortonville. Burial will be at Nortonville Cemetery.

Mr. Robinson died Monday, Jan. 27, 2003, at Village Villa Nursing Home, Nortonville.

He was born July 22, 1924, in Nortonville, the son of James Albert and Sarah Agnes (McCorkill) Robinson.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He traveled annually to North Dakota to do farm work, and he retired from Hercules Powder Plant after 38 years.

Survivors include two brothers, James Dale, Atchison, and Marvin Kenneth, Topeka.

The family will receive friends after the services at United Methodist Church in Nortonville.
