Pratt ? Anglers at Cheney Reservoir will see some changes in length and creel limits for walleyes and wipers this year. At their Jan. 23 meeting in Topeka, the Kansas Wildlife and Parks Commission approved Secretary’s Orders establishing minimum length limits of 21 inches for both species and lowering the walleye daily limit from five to two at Cheney. The wiper limit will remain at two.
