? Nicole Ohlde scored a season-high 32 points to lead No. 11 Kansas State past Creighton, 94-60, Sunday.

After losing two early road games, the Wildcats (7-2) have won five straight. They’ve beaten their opponents by an average of 36 points during the streak.

The Wildcats shot 58.3 percent from the floor and held Creighton (3-4) to just 30 percent. Kendra Wecker added 13 points, and Brie Madden 12 for the Wildcats. Christy Neneman led Creighton with 19 points.

Ohlde, 13-of-17 from the floor, dominated the paint. She scored nine straight points during a 12-0 run that put the Wildcats up 14-3 about five minutes into the game. Kansas State led 45-30 at halftime, and then Ohlde scored 10 of KSU’s first 14 of the second half.

No. 5 Texas 91, North Texas 50

Austin, Texas — Kala Bowers scored 22 points — 17 in the second half — and the Longhorns shot 78 percent in the final 20 minutes.

Texas (8-1) took a 33-24 lead into halftime, then scored 58 points in the second half. Texas scored on 11 of its first 12 possessions in the half and hit eight of its first 10 shots.

Jamie Armstrong scored 18 points to lead the Mean Green (3-4).

Nebraska 61, Louisiana-Lafayette 59

Lincoln, Neb. — Nebraska used an 18-1 run early in the first half to build a comfortable lead, but the Huskers (7-1) still needed last-minute heroics from Margaret Richards, who scored the game’s final six points.
