Burglaries and thefts reported

• A 22-year-old Lawrence man reported the theft of clothes valued at $1,212 and a birth certificate valued at $10. The theft occurred between midnight Tuesday and 8 p.m. Wednesday in the 2400 block of Alabama Street.
