Kansas City, Mo. ? Barry Bonds and the San Francisco Giants will play a weekend series against the Royals on June 13-15, 2003, at Kauffman Stadium.

Next season’s Royals’ schedule also features first-time matches with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies.

Kansas City will play host to the Arizona Diamondbacks on June 10-12 before Bonds and the Giants arrive. In addition, the Royals will make a six-game road trip to Los Angeles and Colorado from June 3-8.

The 2003 schedule also features a home-and-home series with the St. Louis Cardinals. The two Missouri clubs will play June 20-22 at Kauffman Stadium and June 27-29 at Busch Stadium.
