Museum presentation features Haskell history

Haskell Indian Nations University will be the focus of this month’s “Know Your Antiques” session at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Watkins Museum of History, 1047 Mass.

Bobbi Rahder, archivist and curator of Haskell’s Cultural Center and Museum, will present an overview of Haskell’s history and display artifacts.

Rahder is asking the community to contribute or loan artifacts to the center’s archives. She is looking for photographs of Haskell activities, pamphlets and student items such as desks and teaching tools.

“Know Your Antiques” is free to the public, although a donation to the museum is encouraged.
