Burglaries and thefts reported

A 65-year-old Oskaloosa man told Lawrence Police that someone removed a 12-foot trailer, Sears riding lawn mower and Sears self-propelled lawn mower between 12:20 p.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Columbia Drive. Loss was listed at $5,560.

A 1993 Chevrolet pickup truck, valued at $9,000, was taken overnight Monday from the 1400 block of East 15th Street, a Lawrence Police report said. A 37-year-old Lawrence man reported the theft, which a Lawrence Police report said occurred between 9 p.m. Monday and 7:22 a.m. Tuesday.

A 1999 Ford Contour sustained $600 damage during a burglary in which four miscellaneous items were removed, a Lawrence Police report said. The theft occurred between 11:40 a.m. and 11:55 a.m. Monday in the 900 block of Iowa Street. The 56-year-old Lawrence woman who reported the incident estimated the items’ worth at $1,468.83.
