Law enforcement report

Someone scratched the driver’s side door of a red 2002 Ford Escape between midnight and 8:30 a.m. Monday somewhere in Lawrence, a Lawrence police report said. The damage, estimated at $1,500, was reported by the 47-year-old Jordan, Minn., man who owns the vehicle.

Burglaries and thefts reported

A blue Trek men’s mountain bicycle was taken sometime Tuesday from the 1700 block of Vermont Street, a 20-year-old Lawrence man reported to police. The 21-speed bike was valued at $1,000.
