Pauline F. Plitsch

Mrs. Plitsch died Monday, July 22, 2002, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

She was born Jan. 22, 1932, in Lawrence, the daughter of Christian and Nellie (Purcell) Loewenstein.

Mrs. Plitsch had worked for Scotch Fabric Care for more than four years, and she was employed at Plaza Storage. She was a member of Lawrence Heights Christian Church.

She married Dave Gordon. They later divorced. She married Howard Plitsch. He died July 11, 1972.

Survivors include three sons: Ralph Gordon, Lawrence, Charles Plitsch, Albany, Calif.; and Howard Plitsch, Richmond, Calif.; two daughters, Faye Gaudet, Tucson, Ariz., and Angela Plitsch, Kansas City, Mo.; a brother, Henry Loewenstein, Eudora; a sister, Dorothy Cook, Tecumseh; and four grandchildren.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, where family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
