Traffic observation

One day, 30 tractor-trailer rigs were observed traveling east or west on 23rd during a 30-minute block of time. Average number of vehicles has increased to one rig every 1 minute and 45 seconds. Recently, during the same time of day I observed yellow flashing lights on a lead vehicle followed closely by another vehicle also displaying several flashing lights. The second vehicle was a huge tractor-trailer with more than 34 wheels on the ground, transporting a very large fabricated structure.

Perhaps we need to do the same as our ancestors when they were confronted with a natural body of water. Build ferries. There has been no opposition expressed to moving vehicles via ferries, from one edge of the lake to the other of that artificial body of water.
