Award bid for two single-axle trucks for the Public Works Department, to KCR International Trucks Inc., for $87,920.

Award bid for two heavy-duty dump bodies for the Public Works Department, to Mid America Truck Equipment Inc., for $28,336.

Award bid for three heavy-duty snowplows for the Public Works Department, to American Equipment Company, for $14,792.

Award bid for two salt/sand spreaders for the Public Works Department, to American Equipment Co., for $15,166.

Award bid for two compact extended cab 4X4 pickups, one for Public Works and one for Neighborhood Resources, to Laird Noller, for $39,851.50.

Award purchase for a telephone upgrade for the Lawrence Arts Center to Expanets, for $24,914.30.

Adopt on first reading the following ordinances:

Rezoning approximately 17.039 acres from agricultural to planned residential development district. The property is part of Westwood Hills subdivision.

Rezoning approximately 15.030 acres from agricultural to planned residential development district. The property is part of Westwood Hills subdivision.

Rezoning approximately 3.031 acres from agricultural to planned commercial district. The property is part of Westwood Hills subdivision.

Rezoning approximately 10.646 acres from agricultural to single-family residence district. The property is part of Westwood Hills subdivision.

Rezoning approximately 40.598 acres from agricultural to single-family residence district. The property is part of Westwood Hills subdivision.

Establishing the special assessments for the traffic signal and related improvements at Clinton Parkway and Crossgate Drive.

Establishing the special assessments for the improvements at Crossgate Drive, between Clinton Parkway and 24th Place.

Place request on future agenda for rezoning of approximately 5.0316 acres from multi-family residence residence-office district. The property is located at 4340 W. Sixth Street. Heritage Baptist Church is the property owner of record.
