Robert Lee Honecker

Mr. Honecker died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2002, at a Topeka residence after a long illness. Cremation is planned.

He was born Dec. 3, 1959, in Centralia, Ill., the son of Ronnie Lee and Judith Ann (Perring) Honecker.

Mr. Honecker was a tattoo and body piercing artist. He had owned Rat-A-Tat Tattooing and Body Piercing in Topeka, Emporia and Manhattan for three and a half years, Hard Body Tattooing in Virginia, and Tennessee Mountain Tattooing in Bristol, Tenn. He was medically retired in 1999. In 2001 he moved from Perry to Ozawkie.

He was a member of Perry United Methodist Church.

He married Penny Maxine Miller on March 24, 2000, in Lecompton. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include his parents, Centralia; three sons, Bobby, Centralia, Ryan Martin, Marion, Va., and Joseph, Ozawkie; five daughters, Alisha Radford, Lawrence, Brittany Martin, Topeka, Phyllis Honecker, St. Louis, and Theresa Smith and Lisa Gobble, both of Abbington, Va.; three brothers, Ervin and Robert Egan, both of Centralia, and Kenny, Boonestown, N.C.; a sister, DeAnna Mayes, Centralia; and seven grandchildren.
