Defending champion Jim Hill heads a 24-man field that will battle for the Lawrence Amateur Golf Assn. Men’s Senior Amateur championship today and Sunday.

Hill shot 81-84165 to win last year’s tournament by six strokes over Bob Kocour.

The two dozen contestants will play 18 holes at Eagle Bend today and 18 more on Sunday at Alvamar.
