LOUISBURG ? Lawrence High posted a season-best 318 on Monday to place second at the 20-team Shawnee Mission Northwest Invitational at Club of the Country.

LHS junior Thomas Fullbright shot a 4-over-par 76 to place third. Spencer Wilson (77), Nathaniel Spencer (81) and Camron Flanders (84) also contributed to the team score.

Blue Valley West won with 311 strokes.

Free State placed 13th with 350 strokes. Junior Aaron Webber carded an 82 to lead the Firebirds. Other Free State players figuring in the team score were Jason O’Bryon (85), Andy Frye (90) and Tyler Yeakel (93).
