The Douglas County Commission will not meet on Wednesday, May 29.

Interim County Administrator Sarah Plinsky said after the commission’s May 22 meeting that the tentative plan going forward would be for the commission to meet four times a month. When a month has five Wednesdays, she said, the commission will likely cancel either the first or last week’s meeting, though those cancellations will be announced on a case-by-case basis.

Typically, the commission holds its regular meetings at 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays, and, often, it has 4 p.m. work sessions at the Douglas County Courthouse, 1100 Massachusetts St. Meeting schedules and agendas are available online at douglascountyks.org/commission/meetings.
