Poor field conditions forced postponement of Lawrence High’s softball games Thursday.

No reschedule date has been set for the Lions’ season-opening doubleheader against Shawnee Mission Northwest. LHS will open the season with a home game against Shawnee Mission West at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday.

The junior-varsity team has not rescheduled its doubleheader against SM Northwest, but the C Team will make up its game against Shawnee Heights at 4:15 p.m. Thursday at LHS.
