Caring courageous people,
No self _; Bravely rushed in, Where danger _;

Earthly life vanquished, Heaven's fortunate _; Now God's Angels, Preventing the _;

It once was a beautiful statue, It was gracefully standing there; And through all it's many years. It was giving great love and care;

Once there was a feeling of freedom, Pointing Majestically toward the sky; Gathered within it's arms was hope, But alas, those days have gone by;

Now we are told to tear it down, Rendering it into a pile of dust; Viewing it as a pathetic relic, Worthy of only our disgust;

The meaning for which it stood, Now archaic with no charm; "THEY" are sculpturing a new one, That will never cause them harm;

Who are "THEY" one will ask, For "WE" are just the meek; "THEY" are the "Special Interests", And profit is what "THEY" seek;
