I’m feeling a little crafty. That’s really a dangerous thing. I’m one of those people who likes to dream up cute crafts, mull them over and over until I have figured out exactly how I want them to work and then get all of the supplies rounded up and then go gangbusters on said project.

Unfortunately I generally run into a snag, something doesn’t work out right, it takes longer than planned or I get interrupted by someone who needs changed/fed/taxied around….or another cool craft project begins to invade my brain and take up the allotted space for those types of activities.

I blame Pinterest for the current influx of great ideas.

With Easter around the corner with its family dinners, school treats and kid crafting opportunities (Yes, I inflict my illness on my children) and an impending trip to the DIsney Social Media Moms Conference that includes a 20 hr car drive full of family fun….the urge to craft is on the rise. There are Easter Egg Wreaths to be made, car pillows and lap desks to be created and carrot shaped egg salad sandwiches to be created.

Lucky for me there are $5 off of a $25 purchase coupon at Michael’s. This coupon is applied in $25 increments (if you spend $50 you will get $10 off of your purchase, etc). It is only valid tonight from 4 -8pm but it can be used in addition to other store coupons you have.

You can find Michael’s coupons in the paper, online or if you own a smartphone you can get the Micahel’s app which hosts, among other things, their current valid coupons which can be scanned from your phone.

Michael’s also accepts competitor’s coupons. If you have a coupon from Hobby Lobby, JoAnn’s or Hancock Fabrics they will match the coupon. You can stack these coupons for use on different items in a singular purchase. Additionally, if you have several Michael’s coupons with different percentage discounts, you may use those in the same transaction.
