July 3rd Early Morning Law Enforcement & Fire/Medical wrap up

Another quiet morning in Douglas County.

Police responded on two burglary alarms and conducted one vehicle stop after 2 a.m..

LDCFM and Baldwin City Fire responded on one Medical Emergency each.

None of this morning’s activity was reported to have involved any serious injuries.

The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a Heat Advisory. The advisory goes into effect from Noon today and will remain in place until 8 p.m., Wednesday. More information on the Heat Advisory can be found here from the National Weather Service offices in Topeka.
