October 31st Overnight Law Enforcement & Fire/Medical wrap up

A very quiet night in Douglas County for Law Enforcement.

Lawrence Police responded one noise complaint and three medical emergencies after 2 a.m.. Police also responded on several burglary alarms, all of which sounded like they were false alarms.

I am sure with tonight being Halloween, more activity is in store.

KDOT says construction starts at 7 a.m. this morning on K-10. The work is being called “Emergency project.” Learn more about this project here.
