November 11th Overnight Law Enforcement & Fire/Medical wrap up

Police in Lawrence responded on several disturbances early this morning.

Officers conducted “several” Field Sobriety Tests in the 1500 block of Wakarusa Drive just after 2:15 a.m..

At 2:30 a.m., Lawrence Police were called to the 800 block of W 25th Street on reports of the sound of a single gunshot heard in the area. Police checked the area and were unable to locate any unusual activity in the area.

LPD also responded on several noise complaints.

None of the overnight activity, that I heard, involved the use of weapons or resulted in any serious injuries.
