Terrorist Ties and Birth Certificates
Why won't Obama release his birth certificate? Why won't he release his Columbia U. x-scripts? How can he recieve top gov't clearance when he has documented ties to terrorists? Any military personnel is asked this question. Why won't the liberal media ever accurately or thoroughly report on Obama. They sent hoardes of reporters to AK to check out Palin. Why is the liberal media afraid to expose Obama for the fraud and radical he is?

“LJWorld - your blogs are pathetic.” Bea
Not all of them. I appreciate Linda Hanney's and Ronda Miller's blogs. This wasn't even a blog. This drivel is just a typical Five Percenter commenter post.
The LJW blogs have potential and are generally a nice diversion from the usual crap that adds nothing to the political discussion.
Screw it, I don't know how this blog thing works on the LJW, but I'm rounding up Autie, RI, Sunny Sue, Prospector, Snap, Jonas, Gootsie, Bea, Das Uber and ACG (I am forgetting some others) and we're starting a group LJW blog. We all differ politically in many respects, but we enjoy The Funny and enjoy The Tragic Comedy of LIfe and take little seriously about what we read on commenting boards.
My first post will be… if you were stranded on a desert island, what would you rather have? A Klondike bar or a delicious toasted buttery biscuit? I think you know my answer. Gootsie will disagree and I will gently mock her for it.

Tom Shewmon, the answer to the college records may have something to do with Resko footing much of his college bills. This is the buzz anyway. Also, it may reveal he is not a naturalized citizen. You're dead on, the big media guys won't cover it. They cover stuff like Bristol Palins babys dad quitting high school to go to work on the oilfields and that Palin was supposedly all about lowering high school drop out rates…this is the important stuff to the media, not that Obama has terrorist associations or is not a US citizen. No, divakat. It's not. There's a crazy new invention out there (per Al Gore, of course) that lets you do a little research on your own to find the amazingly simple answers to these amazingly stupid questions. It's called the internet.
The birth certificate is a moot point and has been for a while. I'll repost the facts as provided by factcheck.org:
http://www.factcheck.org/askfactcheck…
Now why is it that everyone is so concerned with transcripts? Do you want to find out if Obama is secretly stupid? Well, you could listen to him, read his books, or, as I've mentioned before do a little research. Beyond that - did you know that McCain graduated from the Naval Academy in the bottom .55% of his class?
“McCain graduated from the Naval Academy near the very bottom of his class, and some were surprised he graduated at all. Wednesday he said the fact that he is now a candidate for president shows that in America, anything is possible. ”

In fact, I get my news from PBS, which doesn't strike me a unfair to any of the candidates.
Regarding your comparison between Obama and Palin—hardly worth comparison, seeing as how Obama has been in the national spotlight for close to 2 years and Palin for only 6 weeks.
To expect the coverage of the two to be identical is displays your own blinding partisan bias.

Tom, I think there is fairness in reporting. Unless you are watching Fox network. The problem is that Palin is an easy target. Do not be mad at the media.
If you must be mad, then be mad at McCain for picking such a really stupid VP selection. I mean what was he thinking? She is really just bad. I mean would you really want her running our county. It would be like she might bomb the congress for disagreeing with her stance as excutative. That lady has problems far beyond her political party affiliation.
She is just crazy.
You can see it in her eyes.
McCain, he just looks so confused, it is sad.
Forgetting my liberal bias, Obama wins because McCain/Palin are just very bad selections. I mean really the democrat got a break this year with the bad picks the republicans made to run for office.

Dear possible comedic genius,
There is only one, unconvicted, “terrorist” with whom Barack Obama has any “ties.” Not terroristS, a plural, but terrorist. Although a fugitive, the alleged terrorist was never convicted of any terrorist act. In this country, innocent until proven guilty.
Maybe that's too American for you, along with concepts like basic literacy, which you lack. Since you appear unable to tell fiction from non-fiction and propoganda from reporting, it is improbable that anyone can answer your questions to your satisfaction. This is made particulalry evident when you repeat the ridiculous assertion that Obama won't release his birth certificate.
IF Gov. Palin had been thoroughly vetted by McCain prior to her selection as VP, it would not be necessary for the media to perform the vetting for the nation. However, as his own top advisors admit, she was not vetted (a 30 day process minimum that cannot be conducted in the 9 to 12 hours of vetting reported by McCain's own staff on NPR). IF she had been vetted, it would also be unneccesary for McCain to send a horde of high-profile washington insider lawyers to Alaska to try to spin the bipartisan ethics investigation of Gov. Palin.
Reality is a b@tch ain't it?
I'd sure like to know exactly how Obama is a “Fraud.” I'd also like a source, other than McCain, Palin, or the same organization that concluded Kerry was the most liberal Senator and now makes the same baseless claim about Obama, that demonstrates how Obama is a radical. Heck, he doesn't even seem left of center. Every non-partisan organization that bothers to rank Senators on a liberal//conservative continuum rank Obama in the mid 20's among his party. Given the current split in congress, that puts him squarely in the middle of the road. Kind of hard to tell McCain's voting record recently since he missed more votes than any other Senator in 2007.
Well, don't give up hope. You might be able to get into a community college (don't worry, they don't have community organizers there) and take some reading classes - try to find one on the difference between fact an opinion, or maybe a good non-fiction class?

My husband's ties terrorize me all the time. I have to hang them up!
The birth certificate and school records are such non-issues. Ayers is a non-issue. ACORN is a non-issue. You people just have to look under every little rock, don't you? Running scared much? You have a candidate that six months ago swore on a stack of bibles he wouldn't run a dirty campaign. He now is calling in the race card and making it a campaign of hate (while he rocks on his heels and he whistles innocently and looks the other way). This is not a person I want for my president.
Everybody wants to know who “the real Barack Obama is”. I guess two autobiographies and two years on the campaign trail isn't enough. What I want to know is “who is the real John McCain”? There was a time I seriously respected this man and even considered voting for him if he became the presidential candidate (one of the very few times in my life I actually did consider voting for a Republican). He *was* a maverick and I respected him for that. But these last 6 months have blown my perception of him out of the water. He's proven that he's a lock step mouthpiece for the right. He sold his soul in the interests of gaining the presidency. He kept his promise that his campaign wouldn't sink to the lowest common denominator…by sinking *below* it. Ahhh John, John, where did you go????

Meaningless if they don't match. Ever seen a Sunni tie with Shiite socks? Those 72 Virginians won't have anything to do with cross-dressers!

Shewmon, aren't you going to thank me for my service? Particularly since you've never served in the military. It's not hard to do. You don't even have to convert to “liberalism.”
All I want is for Tom Shewmon, one of the far-right LJW commentors to thank me for my military service. Is that too hard?
