KU official finalist for president job in Alabama

¢ Jim Roberts, vice provost for research at Kansas University, is one of two finalists to become president of the University of Alabama-Huntsville, the Huntsville Times reports today. He’ll interview with students, faculty and staff on the Huntsville campus Wednesday.!_”This has been an extremely strong pool, with more than 200 candidates from throughout the U.S.,” University of Alabama System spokeswoman Kellee Reinhart said late Monday. “These are the two individuals whom the advisory committee has asked to visit UAH and to learn more about the university and the community.”_The other finalist is David B.
