Copper coils stolen from local business

Law enforcement reportBurglaries and thefts reported¢ An Advantage Heating and Air Conditioning employee reported $1,500 worth of copper coils were stolen from the business, 406 North St., between Monday and Tuesday. A keyed pad lock also was damaged. ¢ A Honda Ruckus, reported stolen June 24, was recovered Tuesday in the 1000 block of Indiana. The vehicle is valued at $1,500. ¢ A 28-year-old Lawrence man reported $2,600 in U.S. currency was stolen in the 3000 block of Iowa Street Wednesday.
