KU students report false soliciting on campus

Law enforcement report¢ Two Kansas University students reported that a pair of solicitors sold them magazine subscriptions from a fictitious company between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday at Templin Hall. The students lost a total of $151.Burglaries and thefts reported¢ A 20-year-old Lawrence man reported more than $1,300 in loss when a safe, foreign cash and other items were taken from his residence in the 2600 block of University Drive.
