Suspect due in court today in jeweler’s death

Leonard Wayne Price, charged with killing Lecompton resident Clarence David Boose in April 2005 during a home burglary, is due to make his first appearance this afternoon in Douglas County District Court.Price already is serving a prison sentence for trying to shoot a man who interrupted a burglary in Pottawatomie County days after Boose’s killing.
